Outdoor apparel normally requires a portable energy source. Traditional metallic heating elements are not flexible enough; they require complex and expensive integration to the garment and consume too much energy through costly and heavy batteries.

The ThermoSiv fabric is extremely energy efficient allowing 50% reduction of the cost and weight of traditional heating elements.
